Adam Eldaba is a prominent entrepreneur with extensive experience in establishing, growing, and selling businesses across various sectors. He is the Founder and CEO of Gennecs Pharmaceuticals, the pharmaceutical arm of Eldaba Holding Group, and the main sponsor and investor of Gennvax, the company’s vaccine development division.
With his entrepreneurial acumen, Adam has successfully founded, scaled, and exited multiple businesses in industries such as real estate, F&B, IT, trading, and healthcare.
Additionally, he has invested in over 18 companies across 5 countries, demonstrating his deep understanding of diverse industries and his ability to identify promising opportunities for investment and growth.
Adam’s leadership skills and expertise have made him a notable figure in the business world, and his work with Gennecs Pharmaceuticals and Gennvax have established them as major players in the healthcare industry.
Nibal Dahaba, General Manager

Nibal Dahaba is a dynamic leader with extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry. As the General Manager of Gennecs Holding/Gennvax, Nibal has continued to demonstrate her passion for making a difference in healthcare.
She previously served as the Head of Sanofi Pasteur (Egypt & Africa), where she launched the business across the continent and made a significant impact on the National Immunization Program (NIP) in Africa. With a strong track record of success, Nibal has also held executive positions at global pharmaceutical giants such as Merck, Abbvie, and Novartis.
Her impressive achievements include sealing deals with UNICEF, WHO, and several African governments. Nibal was also instrumental in rolling out the Virus C treatment supply across Egypt as the main liaison between the Egyptian and U.S governments. Nibal Dahaba’s leadership and expertise have made her a driving force in the pharmaceutical industry.

Steve Biddulph, Head of Quality Assurance & Quality Control

Steve is a microbiologist with more than 50 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical industries. He has held senior positions in Quality with leading multinational companies, Fisons, RPR, Aventis and Pasteur, initially at manufacturing site level and later in corporate roles, where, in recent years, he has held global responsibilities for all quality compliance activities and teams, as Vice-President Worldwide Quality for Aventis/Sanofi Pasteur.
